Lourdes Brass Band - Bonus Ball Draw - terms and conditions

The Lotto Bonus Ball Draw:

- You must be over 18yr to enter this Draw.

- Draw is based on the Rep. of Ireland, National Lottery, Saturday evening Main Lotto draw ONLY. "Lotto Plus" "Euro Millions" or any other draw other than the  Rep. of Ireland, National Lottery, Saturday evening, Main Lottery draw will not be accepted as a winning Bonus Ball number.

 - The person who selected the correct number of the drawn bonus ball will be deemed the winner of the "Lourdes Brass Band - Bonus Ball Draw". Providing that the entry date and fee are valid.

 - Draw entries are only valid for the dates specified on the entry form/ticket.

 - It is the responsibility of the draw entrant to supply valid contact details to facilitate the awarding of any prizes due.

 - While the Lourdes Brass Band may try to facilitate the payment of prize monies, by means of electronic payment. A cheque made payable to the draw winner will be the default method of payment, were no alternative arrangements have been agreed.

 -While the Lourdes Brass Band facilitates electronic payments. All transactions with third party online payment processing companies are taken at your own risk.

 - The draw will be ran by the Lourdes Brass Band committee under the rules of the "Bonus Ball Draw". A copy of these rules are available on request.

 -A draw entry application will not be deemed valid until the entry fee is received by the Lourdes Brass Band. It is the responsibility of the entrant to ensure that all payments and transactions are processed and completed by any third party financial institutions.

- While entry to the draw may be accepted, the deadline for entries will be 1Hr prior to the draw taking place. Any entries not received prior to this deadline will not be deemed valid.

 - Entry deadline time and date will be calculated from when the Lourdes Brass Band have received a valid draw entry. The time and date of requesting entry to the draw will NOT be considered. ONLY the time and date of receipt of valid entry by the Lourdes Brass Band will be considered.

 - The committee of the Lourdes Brass Band reserve the right to amend and update these terms and conditions.

 - The Lourdes Brass Band committee reserve the right to adjudicate and rule on all disputes.
